$70 OBO — MUST PICK UP Selling our fireplace/heater for $70 or best offer. Must be picked up from a 3rd-floor apartment, so please plan accordingly! We originally bought it for $150. There is some chipped wood around the base from moving it, and the fireplace itself got knocked slightly out of place, but it is still secure and works perfectly as a heater. A few things to note: * The cabinets are slightly off-center and may just need a quick re-screw. * There are some stains inside the fireplace that were already there when we purchased it. * Some cosmetic wear/chipping from moving. It’s definitely not perfect cosmetically, but it works great and would be perfect for someone who doesn’t mind a little TLC! $70 OBO — pickup only.
