It hurts not to be able to give this place 10 stars.

Listen, are there bad experiences with dealerships and used cars? SURE.

But honestly, used cars arent new. Do your research. Check them out. Do research on certain tendencies certain cars have. Some are prone to mechanical issues, others, timing belts, fuel pumps, Etc. Find out before you blame a dealer for issues a car is likely already coming with, regardless who sells it to you.

Texas Discount is extremely transparent. They will happily let you bring a mechanic or have a mobile mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection. Check the Vin or check their site to see if they offer it. Where dealers try to hide faults in cars, at least they let you see it as much as you can inspect any car.

I ended buying from them out of state and Specifically Vivian there was Phenomenal. Great communication, easy to get ahold of and very prompt call backs if busy. So much patience with my issues with freight transportation and even making personal adjustments to help me out.

If you have needs of a used car, definitely check them out. They try their best to do right by you.

Wish I could give no stars literally our first payment is due today and we had to put the truck in the shop two days ago because the transmissions going out!! Our Bc very first freaking payment is due today!! We have not even had it a month so I'd like to know where these good reviews are coming from because it seems like this happens with every single vehicle that they sell yet they seem to have nothing at all to do with it!? Oh you have to contact the finance company or you have to contact the warranty company or blah blah blah!! I paid extra for an extended warranty and then Look y'all sold me a freaking vehicle less than a month ago that is now broke down and in the shop Seriously!? I need a rental or a loaner or something like now I have no vehicle?? Insane!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I knew better I saw all the bad reviews I knew better but my boyfriend is hard headed and he liked the truck and he wanted the truck but after reading all the bad reviews from a dealership that's barely been open one year... I knew better than to do anything with this company and I was right!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 And now we're screwed cause All I get told is we sold the vehicle as is... It's supposed to last longer than a freaking month!! Geeze Louise!?? How is this legal!?!
