After 43 years I have come to terms with getting rid of my CD collection from my days as a mobile and club disc jockey. These CD’s have put smiles on thousands of people face and now it’s time to put one on yours. I figure the best way to group these would be by Artist, era and specialty items so keep checking back as I will be adding new packages until the remaining collection is gone. These items are all used and no longer in the original jewel boxes but in plastic sleeves with the original CD insert. Obviously everything is being sold as used and as is. I feel the the prices I set on each package is more then fair to the buyer. Please take a moment to read the disclaimer below. Disclaimer for all sale I am not a dealer of any sort, I am selling items from my personal memorabilia collection. I work in the entertainment field since 1987 and have collected and purchased a lot of cool items during that time. Items I have personally obtained do not come with a Certificate Of Authenticity but, I can assure you that signatures will pass any third party legitimate authenticator inspection like Steiner, JSA or PSA. Other items I am selling is from my inventory of my audio visual rental company that I no longer have a use for anyone. All items that I will be selling or auctioning off will be identified in the DESCRIPTION as either NEW or USED and will be “SOLD AS IS” with no guarantee. I have powered up and when possible check to see if electronic items are working prior to listing the item. PLEASE CONTACT ME SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS before making a bid or purchase. Most items that are listed as used no longer have the original packaging and in some cases may or may not have the original certificate of authenticity included with the sale. Because in most cases there is no original packaging, fragile items are either wrapped in bubble wrap and if necessary wrapped twice. Items are placed into boxes and packed with one of the following: Newspapers, styrofoam, packing peanuts and all 3 of I feel it’s necessary to protect the item. The box is marked Fragile on each side. Pictures are taken of the item throughout this process and I kept on file to show that the item was in the same condition as the time of the purchase and that it was packed properly for shipping. The majority of the items I sell are shipped via UPS or USPS and in most cases a tracking number will be supplied at the end of the day your item is shipped. Smaller items like backstage passes and programs may be mailed regular USPS mail According to UPS employees, they have seen pictures of how I pack my items and they said it was better than how they are permitted to package items because UPS does not permit the use of styrofoam in packing. Note: If you are bidding or purchasing any of my items from overseas, please check on the UPS and or USPS regarding shipping regulations prior to bidding or purchasing any of my items. I had to cancel and refund to buyers because one purchase a toy Collectable that was no longer on a box and France required a certificate of safety for the toy. The second was an adult material magazine that also had to be cancelled and refunded because it wasn’t permitted to be shipped to Canada. As I previously said, I am not a dealer and this is a downsizing effort of the items I own. Because of that, all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. I am not responsible for any damage done once the item(s) are turned over to the shipping company. UPS has up to $100.00 insurance included in the shipping cost. If your package doesn’t arrive and the shipper confirms that, you will get a refund within 14 days once it’s confirmed by shipper as lost. If the item(s) are damaged when you receive them, you must notify me, the seller within 24 hours. You will be required to take photos of all 6 sides of the box the item(s) were shipped in to identify the box was either dropped or fell during shipping. In addition pictures Will be required of all damaged item(s) as well as all the packing materials in the box to show the item wasn’t open during shipping. I will file a claim with the shipper, if approved, a refund will be issued on your PayPal account.
