Shopping for a used car can be stressful. I'm a widow living out of state, shopping for a car online in the Chicago area. My "car knowledgeable" dear friend in that area was helping me by visiting the cars we liked and doing the test drives. One of the cars I found was at Chicago Auto Capital in Elgin. My friend went to that dealership and met with their sales consultant Sam Sarim. After test driving the car, we decided I wanted to buy it. The communication back and forth was excellent. I wanted the car additionally inspected by an outside mechanic shop. At the inspection, there were a few things that needed addressing. I negotiated with Sam on each issue, including the delivery of the car to Iowa. Sam was a friendly, reasonable and ethical man. We came to a fair conclusion on each issue and an "out the door" price. No additional fees were added to the price other than document, title and dealer prep fees. I'd pay taxes in Iowa. My beautiful Lexus es350 was delivered this week. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend Sam and his dealership if you want an honest and fair experience.

The finance manager was very helpful in getting the deal sealed. They had asked for a certain amount which we could not come up with but he worked with us to finalize the deal.

When we walked in we were greeted and welcomed and treated very warm and friendly.

I love dealing with salesmen who act like they wanna sell the car not just for money but because they listen and know the need of the customer.

A Marketplace and CarGurus search led me to a listing from this dealership. I emailed their website and received a very prompt response from Farhan with full answers to my questions.  I'm 300 miles away, so I didn't want to waste a lot of time (mine or theirs) if this wasn't the right vehicle for me.  When I got closer to the point of deciding to make the drive to check out the vehicle, I asked for additional photos and Farhan went above and beyond by taking the vehicle to a shop and having it put on a hoist to get the requested photos.  After this, Sam assisted me with providing additional information and documents.  Both of these gentlemen were super responsive.
A few days later, I traveled the 300 miles to see the car.  They let me take it to have it inspected without any pressure whatsoever.  I didn't have payment with me, and they graciously held the car for a day while I made arrangements to come back and complete the purchase.
The experience was as low pressure as any car purchase with which I've been involved.  It was a quick in and out.  I recommend Farhan, Sam and Chicago Auto Capital without reservation!
