This was the smoothest experience. I was a bit apprehensive about making such a major purchase from out of state, but Sonja was incredible. She provided me with a detailed video of the vehicle and answered all of my questions before I flew to Plano. Omar and the finance team had all of the financing done in advance, so I spent minimal time doing paperwork.
