Great car buying experience! Rocky Taylor made it so easy with no hassle super cool dude! I would definitely buy another car from Rocky Taylor and Auto House again in the future!!! Awesome customer service I recommend it to anyone!

Absolute unprofessional operation. I did a trade in and paid the difference via a cashiers check. A week later, they call me saying they shredded their check. Then threatened to not pay off the trade in (which they are legally required to) until I go fetch another check. They basically shredded their own cash. My bank already withdrew the cash from my account and has a hold on it. Although it’s a done deal and I have no obligation to do anything, I offered to assist but my bank is requiring a written statement from Auto House saying that they shredded it. I told manager Sean Corrigan I need that written statement emailed to me to upload to my bank but for some reason he’s dragging his feet. It’s been a week and still no email. He thinks I can just walk into the bank and get another check. My bank requires documentation. They shredded their own money after a done deal, then refuse to keep their end of the deal and pay off the trade in vehicle. Let’s see how well that goes for them. I still offered to replace it, but they can’t type a paragraph explaining the situation for my bank. I can’t do anything for them without that email. Incompetence is costly. If getting a replacement for the one they shredded isn’t a priority to them, then it’s not a priority to me.

Auto House was fantastic! They genuinely have the best prices in Phoenix. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. They also helped me find financing that suited my budget, which was a huge plus. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable used car at a great price, I highly recommend Auto House!

Rocky listened, wasn't pushy and went right to delivering results. I love my car, it was worth the drive to get it. Dan and Matt were also great guys. 100% would recommend everyone I know to check them out if looking to buy.

As you all can see Cherell's response below me I also had a bad experience with Devon. I should have been more careful and asked what the out the door price was for the car because what I ended up paying for the car was not the price listed on the website. When I called and asked why the financed amount was so high I was told that $1500 worth of maintenance fees was added that I did not even ask for. The person on the phone told me the maintenance fees allows me to get free oil changes for 5 years. ok but how is that helpful to me when I did not even ask for that and I do my own oil changes and the chances of me even being in Phoenix for the next 5 years?!? Please don't believe the reviews on here. Most of the positive reviews are left by people that are probably not aware that they are paying way more for their vehicle then what it is actually worth. You are better off going somewhere else where you are treated with honesty.
