Excellent buying experience!

Very very unhappy. Everytime I call nobody seems to be able to answer. I financed a 2013 Dodge Avenger in January of this year and it spends more time as a paperweight than a vehicle. I feel like I was scammed they sold me a useless vehicle and an even more useless warranty that refuses to cover any of the issues that have occurred with this vehicle with the exception of a $15 fuse. I hate having to post a negative review but since nobody can answer the phone to address the issues I have no other way. I’ll be contacting the finance company and better business bureau next if I have to. Really sad considering I did enjoy the experience while I was there buying it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark after corresponding with me for about a week while I obtain my auto loan through our credit union.
