I had a great purchasing experience here yesterday. JJ my salesperson worked hard for me, communicated everything clearly and was very responsive.  The car was exactly as described, and immaculate for a 10’year old car. I usually buy new, so I was pleasantly surprised at the nice selection of clean used cars. I would recommend them for sure.

We had an excellent experience with this dealership. JJ was amazing and the entire team were professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Purchased a vehicle only for it to end up in the shop four days later. The vehicle supposedly had a new transmission installed yet the transmission is what was faulty. Vehicle was sent to the shop to have cosmetic and glass repair. The repair to the bumper was atrocious. There is glue on the headlight and along the right side of the bumper. The chips in the glass were supposed to be repaired and that was never taken care of like they stated they would. My car was in the shop for five days and was asked to bring it back to fix the glass. I live an hour and a half away. I wouldn’t have to make the drive back if the job was done correctly in the first place. Poor customer service. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location again.

I came in because my Chevy is under warranty. The computer kept rebooting, and the car wouldn’t start. Holly helped me when I arrived around 10:30am and took the car back. Since I live out of the way, I decided to wait. By 3:00pm, I texted Holly for an update but received no response. Out of frustration, I went to sit in the entry area near the service techs outside.

It wasn’t until about 4:45pm that Holly finally responded—after seeing me waiting—and let me know the techs were just getting around to my car. She told me it was likely the battery and offered me a free oil change. While I appreciated the gesture, I’m still sitting here hours later, waiting for a simple battery replacement, watching other customers pick up their cars as service advisors head home.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Lack of communication, long delays, and leaving customers in the dark is unacceptable. I expected better, especially when dealing with a warranty issue.

This dealership is amazing our salesman Garrett went more then above and beyond to get me my dream car. He was so kind and patient. Nik in finance was also amazing!! He explained everything so good and went above and beyond to get us the best financing possible! I will definitely be back. Also everyone else we encountered was friendly and kind! Thank you Auto Nation Phoenix!!
