My experience was amazing! From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted right away to the moment I walked out with my vehicle. My sales person was extremely helpful and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Walked me through every step of the way. I purchased my vehicle in mid-March, and while the buying process itself seemed fine at first, the experience quickly went downhill. Before we even finalized the purchase, we had to fight to have an additional charge removed for a clear coat/protectant package that we never requested. We were told it had already been applied, but that shouldn't mean customers are forced to pay for something they didn't ask for.

Unfortunately, the poor customer service continued long after the sale.

I called multiple times (5/19, 6/5, 6/12, and 6/30) to check on the status of my registration. Every single time, I was told not to worry, that it was "being worked on," that the DMV was probably backed up, and that someone would call me when it came in. No one ever called.

By the morning of 6/30, I asked to speak with the general manager. I was told he wasn't in yet and that he would call me back when he arrived. After hearing nothing by 1:00 p.m., I contacted the corporate office because I still wasn't getting any answers. Corporate immediately opened a case and said someone would contact me within 24 hours.

Later that day, my boyfriend called the dealership to ask why I had been getting the runaround for months. Instead of providing answers, the manager (Ali) hung up on him. Only after I involved corporate did the general manager finally call me. He claimed my email had "just come across his desk" and that it was the first time he had seen the issue, despite my repeated calls over the past several weeks. He then admitted there was a problem with the title that had delayed the registration.

Ironically, the very next day I received an email saying my registration had finally been mailed. It shouldn't take escalating an issue to the corporate office for a customer to get a straightforward answer or have a problem addressed.

The most disappointing part is that there appears to be no system in place to identify and proactively resolve overdue registrations. A registration delayed this long should have been flagged well before I had to repeatedly call and ultimately file a complaint with the DMV and the corporate office. Saying the general manager "didn't know" is not an acceptable excuse. Leadership should have visibility into unresolved customer issues, especially ones that drag on for months.

Overall, my experience was one of having to fight every step of the way—from disputing charges that shouldn't have been on the purchase agreement to simply getting my registration processed. I cannot recommend this dealership based on the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service after the sale.
