1. I asked for an itemized deal worksheet, not a contract.
Every dealership provides a simple breakdown of price, fees, and add-ons before a contract exists.
Your finance manager refused to show even the basic numbers, rolled his eyes repeatedly, and told me it was “irrelevant.”
That is not standard or professional.

2. My approval was for approximately $20,000.
Sean submitted a deal that was over $26,000: which would obviously trigger a required down payment.
This had nothing to do with my “creditworthiness” and everything to do with how the deal was structured.

3. Calling a $5,000 acquisition fee “normal” is misleading.
No other dealership I contacted today had a lender acquisition fee anywhere near that amount.
This tells customers that the deal submitted was inflated or improperly structured.

4. Saying the $500 coupon “didn’t matter” is not an excuse to ignore it.
Whether or not it changed the down-payment requirement, it was still promised to me and should have been honored and applied.

5. Sean dismissing my request to understand the numbers because you believed the deal wouldn’t work is not transparency.
Customers deserve to see the price breakdown regardless of the lender outcome. Refusing to discuss the numbers is exactly why I felt pressured and uncomfortable.

6. The tone and behavior of the finance manager were unprofessional.
Rolling eyes, dismissive comments, and refusing to explain fees is not acceptable customer service under any circumstances. Additionally, saying “it’s irrelevant” does not help the matter.

I stand by my review.
The issue wasn’t the lender..it was the lack of transparency, the poor communication, and the disrespectful treatment from Sean C. I walked out because I did not feel valued or told the truth.

Deven was great, he worked great with my daughter and listened to her needs and wants and Deven showed us 3 different vehicles and he got everything right. He made all her needs and wants in her first car. Thank you again Deven, you’re amazing. I would purchase from and recommend working with Deven and his team. Deven also helped with follow up calls.

My husband and I bought a car September 13th. It started off good with Travis he was making us feel comfortable and then things took a turn while negotiating. We settled on a price signed a paper saying one price and then he took our down payment. After that they sent over the financial guy as we thought was to just sign the car over to us and then he kept trying to charge us more for their warranties if we declined then we would’ve had a higher interest rate even with 800 credit scores. We ended up going with the cheapest warranty possible. During the process Travis promised free darker tinting with the car we called 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks straight to schedule an appointment we kept getting transferred and then sent to voicemail. My husband even went in person to schedule it and Travis set it for a Friday and when I brought the car in I found out the tinting guy doesn’t work Fridays. 2 weeks later we got a voicemail saying they would have to charge us extra even though we had a $500 charge for a lifetime warranty. Overall if anyone mentions that they’re looking for a car I’m telling them to stay far away from this place.
