My wife and I are on our 4th Subaru and we absolutely love our Ascent! We have bought all four of our Subarus through Subaru Portland, and we won’t go anywhere else! Our Ascent did have a small defect and everyone at Subaru of Portland did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible.

One of the worst car buying experiences here. When I bought my sti brand new from here the sales people were horrible! I was already pre approved and wanted to test drive a sti and the sales guy literally put a blank piece of paper on the table and said to sign it that I was gonna buy the car.

It was so embarrassing, I should have left then. Lucky for them I wanted the car and was gonna get it regardless but would never buy another car from here again.

Ask for Kian he made me feel like I was family and everyone since has welcomed me . Very great service and follow up all the way through the process . I love my car and the visibility on the new foerester is amazing.

This is my 2d service visit with my 1st Subaru. I have to say the experience is pretty great. I've had awesome service reps both visits. Granted, my car is new, so service doesn't take long, but it has been a quick & seamless process. The dog wash area is a pretty nice amenity to have.

On Thanksgiving Day, driving in from the gorge, my 2018 Subaru Forester, broke down. I got it to Subaru of Portland the next day and they arranged for a loaner as I had a work trip in Eastern Oregon that next day. Beyond them being so helpful, efficient and honest, what stood out to me, is how I was treated as a person even more than a customer. They were kind and reassuring. My Service agent was Morgan Pszanka. He is such an excellent customer service representative!! We will only take our family's fleet of Subarus to Portland Subaru!!
