I looked a lot at options before coming in to Auburn Chevrolet. When I walked in, Brent approached and said hello. I let him know I was looking for a Chevy Equinox that was moved due to a car show for the following morning. He pointed them out and offered to give me space to look them over. I was curious about the difference in the trim packages and he walked me through the differences between the LT and the Activ trim levels. We took a very nice and chill test drive through the area. No pressure. No obvious qualifying questions. Just let me drive while we talked about the area. I was very happy with the Activ trim level and got the paperwork started. Brent did a fantastic job walking me through the process. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service. Also a shoutout to Tanner and Hunter. Very good people skills and very easy to talk to. Great job, guys!

Brought my car in for new tires and alignment.  The tech did a great job,  they didn't gouge or scratch my rims, and my car drives smooth  and straight as a board. Service desk was friendly and helpful as well.  Thank you everyone.

The staff were polite. They gave me quick service. Less than 40 minutes, I was out of the Chevy centre, my vehicle having been fixed expertly. They took their time to explain things in a manner I found so easy to understand. What I liked most are the people skills the staffers showed: smiling, polite and respectful!

I cannot say enough about the team at Auburn Chevrolet! I drove from SE Pierce to look at a Camry I saw online, after looking at dozens of others elsewhere.
Faiz in sales was friendly, patient and beyond helpful. He got us out of the rain, went over everything about the vehicle, took us on a drive and made fast friends with my teenage son. I appreciated the no pressure experience. He even took me to return my rental and made an often-stressful purchase easy.
The staff was professional and made sure I was happy with the experience. The managers were great and worked to make everything fit my needs. Greg in finance got me a great service contract and made the paperwork process easy.
I cannot say enough about how positive an experience it was. I will absolutely return and recommend them to anyone I know in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Edit: The day I pick up the vehicle, I was told by the employee who detailed the truck how much time he spent on the truck, he didn’t do anything. The truck was a mess. I found garbage in every single crevice of the interior of the truck. If that is the kind of work he does, he should be fired. I am absolutely disappointed in this dealership and experience. I have changed my 5 stars to 2 star.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Bryan, Ravyn and David for this exhilarating day! They were easy to communicate with, understanding willing to help you with the craziest situations. As for anyone knows, trying to get into a reliable vehicle can be costly. These folks understood my financials and happen to pull together a great contract. They will indeed make it work.
