The unit works perfectly and was professionally removed only because the homeowner needed a properly sized 2-ton heat-pump system to reduce winter electric-heating costs. The R-32 refrigerant was safely retained inside the condenser by closing the service valves. Videos show the unit operating correctly before removal.
