Description

The car turns on . It was abandoned on the property by previous tenants since 2020. they were called multiple times before to remove their car from the property . they ignored calls and messages. The car doesn't need a lot for it to be fully functional . It turns on but it's not drivable due to bent struts and axle bearings that are damaged. I would finish it and fix it to resell but some one called code enforcement on me . so all nonoperational cars to be removed from the property. The car will need a lien sale. This is a perfect opportunity for some one that can do the work themselves and has connections to people that can file a lien sale to obtain pink slip. The car is clean title and has only 55k miles engine runs a/c was working but the lines were extremely damaged that they broke when attempting to straighten some of the body damage. The selling price is firm. I'd rather figure out a way to store it. Then sell it for cheap. Resale value is around 9k.
