Ericson 35’ Yanmar Diesel

Docked in South Beach Harbor near Oracle Stadium, this Ericson ‘35 built in the 80s has a strong Yanmar Diesel engine with new transmission, rolling furler, had spinnaker and pole but I don’t downwind race, permanent rigging all done last year, new batteries and maintainer, and working rigging mostly redone with high quality rope, bottom painted a few years ago and quarterly cleaned. Is everything perfect, it’s an older boat, so, kitchen doesn’t work and deck needs to be repainted, interior can be freshened up but fine for day sailing. Head works fine. Performs well in the bay, strong boat. We paid a lot more for less during Covid season but that was then and at $16k it’s a great boat. Should be $19k. Happy to chat or show.
