The unit is being sold AS IS. The fan/motor currently hums/attempts to start, but the fan does not turn, so it will need repair. I have not diagnosed the exact failed component, so I'm pricing it accordingly. This could be a good opportunity for someone who repairs appliances, needs parts, or wants to repair a high-capacity AC/heat unit rather than purchase a new one. 💰 $350 OBO Serious inquiries only. Cash or electronic payment accepted. Buyer responsible for pickup/transport. No warranty or returns — sold strictly AS IS.
