Price is negotiable. Works great in large bedroom. Has app support for turning on/off when not home (nice for cooling room when coming home from work). Does have drainage ports (one on bottom, one on back). I do not have the hose for the back drain port. I've only ever had a drain it once this summer during high humidity. Some cosmetic wear and tear from couple years of use, but works great. Has a sleep setting to quiet noise if loud at night, but is great if you like white noise. Remote included.
