(UNUSED) 2022 Custom FUD Commercial Kitchen Trailer

I have a custom commercial kitchen trailer that is essentially brand new (purchased a few years ago, stayed in storage). It was never cooked in. Unfortunately, the landlord I was leasing from lost his property to foreclosure, so I never got a chance to use the trailer in the brand-new restaurant I built. The trailer comes with: A) 3 Compartment Sink, B) Air Conditioning Unit, C) Water Heater, D) Electric Hook Up, E) Breaker, F) Water Pump, G) Clean Water Tank, H) Wastewater Tank, I) Window for Serving, J) Kitchen Commercial Chef Table Next to Serving Window. In addition to everything listed above I had it custom built with a: 16-foot auxiliary hood system and with fire suppression system. This unit is ready for propane hook up and to be used as a commercial kitchen. The size of the trailer is 23x8x7, coming to just under 30 feet in total length. It is built like a tank; you could live in it. *Everything listed above is what is inside and outside of the trailer. TAKE NOTE: You will need to purchase your own kitchen equipment (grills, chef tables, fryers, etc.) to put in it. **These trailers range from $50,000-$60,000. And although I would love to ask for that and even though it has never been used, I realize it is an older unit and would never get those numbers. I am asking $35,000 OBO.
