The Hoist 3-D Smith machine is unique in that the bar path moves vertically and horizontally – a natural bar path for more functional movement. This makes any movement feel much more like a free weight lift, while at the same time it’s on a machine that allows for safety and easy re-racking. It racks out on either side, creating greater flexibility for home gyms with limited space.
