This is a 1969 Ballantine's ceramic decanter that contained blended scotch whiskey. It is a collectible piece and a wonderful addition to the home decor of those people who appreciate vintage collectibles. This item is available for pickup. It is in excellent condition. This is a vintage 1969 Ballantine's 14 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky "The Seated Fisherman" ceramic decanter. The decanter was produced by Palfrey China for the Collectors Originals series. It was originally filled with Ballantine's 14 year old blended Scotch whisky. The bottom of the decanter is marked with "Ballantine's 1969 - Liquor Bottle 185". The figure is a seated man, often referred to as a "fly fisherman" or "outdoorsman", holding a fishing net and a fish.
