This blows the roof off of ordinary art; Vintage 60s Handmade Mod Art Made with Roofing Tar Paper: Excuse my 80s vernacular, but this is totally rad. Made in the mid 1960s by a disenchanted roofer who dreamed of being an artist. This 25” x 33” (approximately) super cool art was made entirely (except the frame) of roofing tar paper scraps. It is a bit beat which is, by the way, how the beatniks got their name but it’s definitely interesting and unique and belongs to that someone who is both rebellious and open…maybe that’s the same thing… Asking $59 for an original piece of art. So take down the pretentious Thomas Kincaids and put up something that shatters the glass ceiling of conventionality. Message me for more information.
