It was lived in up until 03/01/26 Only reason he moved out was to upgrade to something newer Both slides come in and out may need a little pulling from outside I can show you Ac unit was replaced All tires are good, it pulls well, moved it the same day he moved out to spare land 20 miles from where it was It may not be the best but it’s a home A little bit of tlc and it’ll look nice I have a clean/clear ready to sign Texas title in hand, as well as the key to the door and all storage compartments Willing to trade for a truck/tahoe Or send trade offers Lamination has started to come off onc to outside, I’ve been the last 2 days with repair tape and sealant slowly fixing it up $3500 firm!
