Selling as a complete set only—I will not separate the table and 6 chairs. ​Price: $350 OBO ​Condition: ​Structurally sound: Extremely heavy and sturdy, no wobbly legs or broken parts. Smoke-free home. ​Needs cosmetic TLC: ​It's been well-loved in a home with kids and pets. There are some scratches and water rings on the tabletop. The fabric seats have no rips, but they do have stains and need a good shampooing/cleaning. Most of the decorative chair buttons are there, but I can't guarantee every single one is perfectly intact. ​Pickup Details: ​Haul & Load Yourself: ​We do not deliver. This is solid wood and very heavy, so please bring a truck and the muscle to load it! ​Hours: Available to be picked up anytime between 9AM to 5PM
