Memory foam/spring split Twin XL. Had for about a year. One minor coffee spill/stain besides that in perfect condition. Great for those who want an embracing-yet-firm mattress. Not EXTREMELY firm, but also don’t sink into it. I’ve had lifelong back issues and this mattress was one of the best I’ve had for them. Price listed is JUST MATTRESS. If frame is wanted it will be another $60. Frame makes great use of under bed storage. PICKUP ONLY IN COSTA MESA
