Ashley Furniture 3+ Piece Sectional (Color: Linen)

Originally purchased at $1199 Willing to negotiate on price. Buyer is responsible for shipping (I.e., picking up the couch and transporting it to your preferred location) We purchased this couch in December 2024 and have really enjoyed having it in our home! We are currently in the process of moving, and unfortunately, the couch is simply too large to fit comfortably in our new apartment, so we’re hoping to find it a new home. Overall, the couch is in good condition with minimal general wear and tear. We do have a dog, and he has scratched the bottom of the couch a few times, but the scratches are minor and not particularly noticeable. We also want to be completely transparent about the condition of the two center cushions. There is some mildew/mold staining present as a result of previous cleanings involving water. The staining is limited to the two center cushions. We have consistently treated the affected areas with antibacterial cleaning solutions, and the cushion covers have also been washed. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos upon request. We’d love to see this couch go to someone who can enjoy it in their space!
