I had a great experience at this used phone and electronics store. I was helped by a young man who was incredibly patient and helpful, especially since I was shopping with my mother-in-law, which can take a little extra care and explanation.
The young man took the time to walk us through several phone options, explained everything in plain language, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy something we didn’t need. They answered all our questions, helped us compare choices, and made sure the phone we picked was the right fit for her needs and budget.
It’s clear they know their stuff when it comes to phones, repairs, and electronics, but what really stood out was how respectful and genuinely helpful the young man was. I highly recommend this shop.

I answered an ad on marketplace for phone and the person steered me towards this company. I went to the store the next day and they said that the phone was no longer available but they did have one that was $100 more same exact phone and if I wanted that one. They said there were no other options for that particular one and had to get it from another store. I decided to go ahead and get that phone and wait for the phone to come in they called me and said it was there when I arrived two days later they said that they couldn't find it and I'd have to wait for another week. I've been told them that they just called me and told me that it was there and to please keep looking for it. they found it. It was supposed to be an unlocked phone I took it home and of course it wasn't it was locked to Xfinity I called them and told them it was locked and they said that they would try and find me another one and that they would give me a call back. It's the next day and I still haven't heard anything from them. I then started looking online and found the same company on eBay advertising several of the same phone in a better condition for $100 less, supposably in stock. I specifically wanted to go to a brick-and-mortar store to avoid any of these hassles and scams but unfortunately they're exactly what happened. They say that they specialize in unlocked phones but yet they sold me a locked phone that I'm unable to use on my network. Bait n switch, sold me an upgraded unusable phone for more money than I intended to spend and then failed to communicate with me regarding due process. And come to find out the guy that I was speaking to on marketplace doesn't even work there like he implied he did. Just faulty all the way around.
