I went to look for a truck I saw this f150 and really liked it. I did notice some details on the truck obviously I know it’s not a new truck. So Mr Bernard was the one that I spoke too and he helped me close the deal on this truck but i was told they were gonna fix the back window that I saw was broken and had like a plastic window on it with tape. He said for me not to worry about that that they can look for it and replace it but like it was during holidays Christmas and new years I would have to wait till after so they can replace that window. I did test drive it before and did hear a noise on the left driver side I did also mention that to Bernard but of course he had to speak to his boss first Mr David about those things. Mr David went with me to test drive it and he also heard  the noise and said he’s Mecanic would take a look at it and fix it. I agree to there contract because I trusted them that they would fix the window and that noise from the tires that it was making. I needed the truck because I need to go to work and with this I couldn’t even start working because I was back and forth with them taking it to them supposedly to get it fixed and it was never done. The noise from the tires was still there and the window they replace with a panel window which Mr Bernard said he was gonna order the whole back window because they don’t sell that in parts it has to be ordered all complete. I did take it to a mechanic shop I had to buy new tire because that tire had a bulge on it the brakes weren’t new like Mr David said and the window was not replaced the whole thing they only put a replacement panel window I could of put that myself. If you look at the picture of how they left my window very ugly job I am not satisfied with there Mecanics work. They left pieces of the glass all around the window very dangerous because I have grandkids and can cut themselfs. I had to fix everything on this truck the right way. So just want to share my experience there don’t sign nothing until they fix whatever they promise you first then ok sign contract. So just be careful if you purchase vehicle here. Vernon was amazing!! I didn’t even expect to be able to walk out with a vehicle and he got me into a fully decked out truck! Worked with me on monthly payment and down payment. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I would 100% recommend Vernon from River City Auto.

Initially, I was very happy with this company and had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience quickly deteriorated due to repeated delays, lack of communication, and poor customer service.

More than three months later, I am still waiting for door handles that were promised. Throughout this process, I received little to no response from the salesperson handling my account. What was even more disappointing was my interaction with the owner, who demonstrated a significant lack of customer service skills. Rather than taking the time to understand the situation, review previous conversations, and determine where the process failed, the blame was immediately directed toward me as the customer.

Based on my experience, there appears to be a serious breakdown in communication within the office. Employees seem unaware of conversations and commitments made by their coworkers, resulting in confusion, finger-pointing, and unresolved issues. This level of disorganization is concerning, especially when customers are expected to trust the company with personal information and important transactions.

The one bright spot in this experience was Paula. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and genuine care for customers. She appears to be the only person in the organization who understands the importance of communication, accountability, and relationship-building. It is unfortunate that her efforts are overshadowed by the company's overall lack of organization and leadership.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. If you choose to work with them, my only suggestion would be to deal directly with Paula whenever possible.

Thank you to everyone at River city autos. George made the process very smooth. If you want to have a good laugh have Steven and Mario as your sales rep. Everyone was very helpful and generous I'm so excited to drive off with my Audi Q7!
