Couch dimemsions: 37.5” deep, 27” high (withouth legs), 89” wide Chair dimensions: 37.5” deep, 27” high (without legs), 38” wide Sofa is in Seattle (Westlake Ave. N.). Chair is in Bellevue (Northgate way) Minor wear and tear. No visible damage/tears. Minor pilling. Has been cleaned regularly and well cared for. One owner. Smoke free/pet free home. Both pieces are heavy. Please come with proper vehicle and assistance to move. We cannot help you move either item.
