Light Therapy/ Light Therapy Glasses

These are Light Therapy Glasses. I bought these from Amazon in November of 2020 and paid $214 for them brand new. I used them for that one winter and have not used them since. When you look them up on Amazon, they are still selling them for $199.99. I found them to be very easy to use and way better than having to sit in front of a light for 30+ minutes to get the benefits of light therapy to aide in beating the winter blues. I liked that I was able to wear them and move around and continue to do my normal morning routine without interruption. There are 3 different light settings and can be used at 3 different levels of brightness. I am getting rid of them only because I don’t think I was consistent enough in my use of them and then the fact that I haven’t used them since the winter of 2020.
