Description

Living Spaces Utopia oversized arm chair in Thrillist Fog (light gray). Comes with 3 loose cushions (seat, rear and accent pillow). Purchased from LS in 2020 for $800. Does have some light staining that I tried to take out with an upholstery vacuum cleaner. One leg was replaces (see bottom left of the underside photo). Otherwise in good shape without any rips or tears. We do have a golden retriever in case allergic to dogs. Measures 56" wide x 44" deep x 23" tall, easily fits 2 people, very comfy and stylish! It does sit lower than a normal chair/couch. Located in University City area.
