It was so beautiful and clean all service records were up-to-date. They were very transparent about the Carfax and even allowed me. To take the car to a mechanic that was 10 minutes away to get a pre-purchase inspection before buying. the inspection ended up being great I came back signed the papers and close the deal. We live only about 10 mins from this location, after searching all over Houston looking for a cash car for my 16 yr old. We stopped by Uptown motors. My son had bought his first car a BMW X3, 3 years ago, from Uptown and it’s still going strong. She test drove a couple of cars in her price range, and settled on a Cadillac ATS, Angello, was super patient with us, especially around the holidays, because the bank put a hold on my daughters funds. He placed a courtesy hold on the car while we worked with the bank. He continued to work with us and she was able to purchase a nice clean car she is very proud of. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your patience with us, and making the buying process incredibly easy.
