*UPDATE* My experience with this dealership began with significant challenges involving confusing paperwork, communication issues, and a major dispute over the final loan balance.
However, after escalating the matter, the management team ultimately honored a settlement agreement that put an end to the confusion. I was able to purchase the vehicle for the final agreed-upon amount of $500, and the process of getting the title released to me yesterday was quick and straightforward.
While the original sales and loan process was highly frustrating, I am satisfied that the dealership was able to finalize the settlement terms without further complication. This review reflects the successful resolution of the dispute, not the initial sales experience.

We went here to upgrade my husband's 2006 vehicle before it became a money pit. We already bought my vehicle here a year and a half ago. They have very fair and reasonable prices and they are upfront about the pricing. Getting financed and everything is very easy. Juan knows what he's doing. They give fair trade in value also. This is a family owned business and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Great people. Trustworthy. Good, sound vehicles. No lemons. If you spot an issue they will fix it. Can't say enough of how great our experiences have been buying from Bahia.

Not glaze or anything but this place was the best, nice and friendly workers, excellent service, and they were so nice overall. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or rushed, well taken care of! 10/10
