Absolutely rockstar experience! Highly recommend Justin. He was incredibly professional, but also personable. I went, already knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He did not once attempt to "low-ball" me or use any sneaky dealer tactics. I was in and out in 2 hrs! Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. 1 week in, and I have yet to find any hidden defects or issues. Unfortunately, alot of used car dealers hide damage to secure the sale. That simply was not the case this time around.

We recently bouth a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Impex. Overall I recommend the dealer. They mostly did what they said and they were fairly honest and straightforward. Our salesman was Trey, he did well. We put a deposit down so we could go see it the next day but after putting the deposit down realized it had a 2.7 liter 4 cylender engine, not the 3.5 v6 I thought all Siennas had. Turns out for 2 years, between 2011-12 they also made a 2.7 liter engine. The next day I called and wrote frantically trying to get my deposit back as I didn't realized Toyota even made a smaller engine and they wouldn't refund the deposit. They told me that the 4l in the description ment 4 cycinder. So we either had to take the van or forfit the $1000. I called and texted asking to speak to Trey or a manager and no one called me back until I finally said I guess we would just take it since there was no way to get our deposit back. I sent this via text and soon after they called. We ended up having the van shipped and it arrived about 1 week from when we put the deposit, just as Trey said it would. The van was in good condition, not quite as clean as they described, there were lots of stains on the carpets and they put random floor mats that didn't match the car in the Sienna. They also said if he had it shipped they would honor the 300 mile/ 1 week return option and if we found any issues they would let us fix those at our mechanic and refund us. Our mechanic, ProToy in West Knoxville said the car was in great shape except a small transmission fluid leak, they fixed it and Impex refunded me the money (except the $65 in tax for some reason?). We have been driving the van now for over a week and we are very happy with it. Even the 2.7 liter engine doesn't have bad power, and it does get slightly better gas mileage. So we would recommend them, just be sure you don't make the deposit until you are ready to fully commit!
