Diana was awesome!  She originally told me that my financing would be 24%.  So I was about to bail and check out a few other places.  But after I gave her some time to do her thing, I came back and she got it down to 16%.  I pretty much made my decision right then and there, since I thought the Toyota with low miles would be snatched up, if I left and checked out a few other different options.
