1981 Honda C70 Passort Scooter

We have owned this scooter for 15 years. It was a reliable commuter to downtown then we had kids and it stopped being ridden. I just had new Michelin tires and tubes installed, a tune up, speedometer cable, neutral switch, new battery, and oil change done at Kon Tiki in PB. Rides great once it's warm. Stumbles a little cold. Per the mechanic the ethanol in the gas these days is hard on carbs. Starts right up with the starter or kick starter. A few of the plastics are cracked and the right footrest is a little bent. Needs a headlamp bulb, only runs on high beam. Has a very small leak you can see in the photos. That is from a few months so not a fast leak. I recovered the seat a few years ago and replaced the muffler pipe. I just bought a waterproof cover for it. Test rides with cash in hand and a Motorcycle endorsement.
