Salesman was Ed Robinson. He is laid back, down to earth, patient, and not pushy.  I took close to a year to make a decision. Went there multiple times, asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He knows the cars well. I highly recommend Ed. Dealership as a whole is great. Friendly, helpful, good customer service. Place is clean. Good selection of cars too. Had the exact one I wanted.

This has been the only place I’ve taken my  Range Rover since I purchased it at the referral of a friend. The service has always been exceptional. The staff are very friendly and incredibly efficient. And the shop is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. We have already decided this is where we are buying our next new Rover.

I’ve sent over four emails in the past four months to schedule service and order parts, but I haven’t received a single response. Are they short-staffed? Why can’t anyone respond? I shouldn’t have to call and go through prompts and customer service to schedule service for a luxury vehicle. Mazda and other brands offer better scheduling services than Land Rover. It’s time for you to upgrade your system to stay relevant. Or perhaps you should respond to your emails, since that’s the purpose of having that option available.

A+, 5 stars, two thumbs up. I’ve had nothing but great service every time I come in. It doesn’t matter who I deal with but I have to give praise to someone who’s given me the best service I’ve had in a long time, hands down. She goes above and beyond.
My vehicle was having some work done and the roof racks needed to come off and when I purchased the vehicle I never got keys for them. Michelle took my vehicle to a lock smith for me to have keys made so I didn’t have to deal with it. Now, that is going above and beyond!!
On another occasion, Michelle messaged me in regards to my wedding. That took me by surprise because she remembered what weekend I was getting married and wanted to wish me a good weekend!!! Thank you Michelle!! You rock!

Excellent service and love my Service Advisor, Donarius! He makes it all worthwhile, is very smart, patient, so kind and is by far the best that I have ever worked with after having 6 luxury cars.
