I went in yesterday after I fell off my bike The throttle wasn’t working. I took it into their shop as they were opening and the young gentleman found the problem really fast and fixed it. They had great customer service. The young gentleman went over and beyond helping me also afterwards load my bike. Thank you guys! 🤙🏽

Extremely great and professional. I have always been a supporter of small businesses so upon seeing an Instagram Ad I knew I had to check them out. Danny was super friendly and very informative; so I quickly went from simply looking, to test driving, to walking out with my new XERO2 Fly + e-bike.

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed an order back in august for a e ride pro 3.0. I paid $2500 up front and financed the rest. After receiving payment customer sevice went to nothing. Daniel would not answer his phone anymore. I reached out through email with no response. I would send messages through the website and get the same response which was what is your order number and once I would send the Information nothing. So I contacted the finance company and they ended up refunding me my first payment and canceled the loan and now my banks is fighting to try to get my $2500 back but its not looking good. Just putting this all out there so hopefully nobody else gets caught up in what ever scam they are running.

Alex was a big help over at Long Beach EBikes! They have a very large inventory of high end bikes to choose from if you are purchasing. I brought my starter e-bike from another place, but this is where I go to have my bike worked on, and where I will go to purchase the new bike I get in the future.

Great service and usually a quick repairs turn around.
