I purchased this new in 2017 & has been used a handful of times. No leaks, damage or repairs needed. Just put a new tongue jack on, has outdoor kitchen, triple slides, full size refrigerator, ect. Just dont use it as i cant tow two trailers at once & am always pulling a race trailer or jeep. Going to get a slip in camper instead. Purchase price was $61k, I owe $39k on it, I will pay the purchaser $5k towards the deal or pay it down $5k your choice.
