2006 Fleetwood Terra 29j

I have a 2006 Fleetwood Terra 29j for sale with 42k miles...We bought it 2 years ago and didnt plan on using it as much as we did, we are only selling because we upgraded to a diesel pusher.... This was a great starter motorhome for our family it pulls our 20' enclosed trailer loaded with our rzr with no problems it has a Triton V10 motor on a ford chassis towing is rated at 5k..... It had 2 a/c units, sleeps 4 with a table bed and queen bed has plenty of room for a blow up mattress. It has 2 brand new smart Tvs, tires are in great shape, service was just done on the onan marquis gold 5500 generator....Everything works as should inside the motorhome Slideout, refrigerator, freezer, waterheater etc..... The only issues with the motorhome is the wind tore the awning on the slide im trying to have it replaced this week, the self leveling system I was never shown how to use it and never could get it to work, and the exterior someone had a clear coat sprayed on it at sometime and it has started pealing it's seams more and more comes off when I pressure wash it if we kept it I was going to have it wrapped in white....
