2015 cub cadet XT1 46inch stamped deck hydrostatic riding mower

This mower starts up and runs great. It has 199 hours on it. It has a new battery and it was just tuned up. It has new oil and oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, and the blades were just sharpened. It’s got a fuel tank of fresh fuel and it’s ready to work. It has always been stored indoors and stored with treated gas in the off seasons. All tires have great tread and hold air with no issues. The only cosmetic issue is the seat shows some cracking that has been covered up with tape but the majority of the seat is still plush and in good shape. The deck has a paint chip but there is no major damage like rust or bent metal on the deck. Buyer is able to look the mower over well and test it before buying.
