Five stars.  Sean in service has been great.  He’s very responsive and is customer service focused.  Louis was very courteous and knowledgeable when I recently bought my mule.  Chris has been great to deal with regarding pickups and deliveries for my Troumph and BMW motorcycles.  Great trampoline there.  Leo it up!

The service department has gone above and beyond for me with several bikes that were in storage and needed reconditioning. I appreciate Sean and Anthony the service writers professionalism and knowledge. Jason and Mitch were both highly skilled mechanics and the whole staff made my experience top notch. I highly recommend this service center.

From start to finish this process was flawless. The sales guy Justin was patient when dealing with me as I was in unknown territory. Even meeting the service team I felt welcomed. There was a younger guy there that was very thorough with teaching me how to disconnect my snowplow. Even laid on the cold ground to show me. I felt I had some odd questions but they treated me with respect and gave me all the information they had that would be beneficial in my decision making and my new hobby. I would recommend this place to anyone who is even just kicking the tires to find out if this is a hobby for you. I will go back for all my quads needs.

I am disappointed with used motorcycle purchase at Motomember Purcelleville 2 months ago. There are reasons I avoid dealers, but in a world of limited options sometimes you can't. I can forgive the need to charge exorbitant fees, because you figure you get some added value. Like getting my license plates in a timely fashion (I'm still waiting...cuz they lost them). Or maybe you get peace of mind from knowing that the used bike's been vetted by people who know what they're doing. My bike was reportedly owned by the dealer's owner, and I was assured that it was well cared for, and all required service was done (even if no records were kept). I specifically asked about the 24K mile service which should have included among other things a new fuel filter. When I tore into the bike to get it back on the road I came to find that a 26 year old bike with 26K miles had the original fuel filter (stamped 11 May 1998) and all the rotting original internal fuel hoses. The "upgrade" k&n air filter had never been cleaned (it was caked in black nastiness). Not to mention the fact that it could not idle without stalling unless the fast idle was switched on. Lots of random non-oem fasteners on board...I think its a bad sign if you can't service a bike without losing bolts. It runs great now because I know what I'm doing, but I think its dishonest to sell a bike in this condition as "ready to ride".

I don't think its unreasonable to expect more from a used bike purchase from a dealer. I can't speak to how they treat the new bikes they sell, and I sure as hell will never find out.

A very disappointing FIRST service experience for my  KTM 1290 GT
STAY AWAY FROM THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A KTM OR ANY BIKE..right from wrong estimate to the rudeness shown by Shawn on the phone DEMANDING TO BE PAID was totally not acceptable..HE DID EVEN HAVE A CLUE FROM WHERE THE BIKE CAME FROM AND WHO HAD COME PICK IT UP AND HIS WORD..I DONT CARE.
Gave them more than 24 hrs for just a heated seat connector to be attached along with the first service and I was blamed that I did not give them enough time to to the job and still charged me for it..Unrealistic approach ..SEEMS LIKE YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO WHATEVER THEY SAY..IT IS LIKE ALL IS YOUR FAULT ..TOTALLY U SHOULD THINK BEFORE U DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..FYI I HAVE BOUGHT OVER 8 BIKES FROM MOTOMEMBER IN MANASSAS AND THEY ATE AWESOME(ALL OF THEM) and I did take the bike to purcellville on their recommendation as it is the same corporate structure but SEEMS LIKE BOTH STORES WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND HANDLING THE GUEST IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
