This Sectional is in good condition minor wear and tear. This sectional is very comfortable in a smoke free home. Only issues are the zipper is broken on the back of the cushion but zipper can be replaced. One of the cushions has a small tear. The tear is less than 1 inch wide. Not noticeable something you have to look for.
