I had an excellent experience with the service department at this dealership. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Service advisors Cory and George went above and beyond to keep me informed and make the process smooth and stress-free. Jeff, the service manager, clearly runs a top-notch department and makes customer satisfaction a priority. I had the best experience! Bernard was the easiest going salesman. No wonder why he has been successfully selling cars for 25 years!!! He wasn’t pushy or demanding. He asked for the sale at the correct time…. When all my questions were answered,I was happy with the price, a car fax had been given, and when I was happy with my payments. Then he asked for the sale! He even tried to persuade me not to put down as much and save my money for Christmas. I  went to another Conway dealership ( had a horrible experience ). That’s when I saw the car I wanted. I went into the showroom with money in hand, financing already approved and Bernard had the car ready for a test drive in no time. He even let me take it out by myself, telling me he trusted me. I was so glad for not having a SALESman with me pressuring me. He even called a few friends to see if they were interested in buying my classic car.
I knew when I drove my car,  saw how clean inside it was,  it had been taken care of and was the “One” for me. I felt well taken care of, my questions answered, and honestly dealt with. All the staff were so nice, clean surroundings and decorated for Christmas. What a pleasure to deal with this Dodge Dealership!! If you want a great experience  go see Bernard he is the best!

Worst experience I have had with car buying so far and I own and have owned many vehicles. I literally feel like I have been had. Apparently, they sold me a lemon intentionally. They lack integrity and don't keep their word at all. No one calls back if you text or call them and leave a message once you sign on the dotted line.. Even the receptionist has been rude on the phone when I finally called the office. I only asked if she could leave a message for someone for me. She literally said "No" and hung up on me. They also promised me a 90 day warranty then tried to slip in an As Is Agreement in my paperwork that I was signing. Very shady business practices. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them.

The team at Conway Chrysler Dodge Jeep took care of a def issue for us on Thanksgiving weekend, getting us in and out on Saturday. They were professional, fast, friendly, helpful and totally saved the day for us and made it possible for us to get back home to Maryland on time. Jeff, our Service/Parts Director, Britney, our Service Advisor, and Noah, our mechanic were all out of this world fantastic. Highly recommend this team, they are complete rock stars.

Wort repair experience I have ever had. Will not be returning.

Our Chrysler Pacifica recently had the engine fail due to water ingestion. It arrived at the dealership on October 15th and was not released back to us until December 23rd. After the investigation the insurance company would pay for a used engine to replace the current one. I received a call from the dealership suggesting that we purchase a new engine instead. When I declined I was followed up with a text message. This was October 24th. This was also the last unprompted call I received with any updates. I had to initiate all calls updating me on status of the van. After the engine was installed there were problems with the way it ran and error codes. With each conversation they motioned that it may be that its a used engine that's the problem. They then replaced the transfer case and still had issues. This was about a month later. After That they still had no clue what was wrong so said they had to reach out to Chrysler Directly. All the time we were down a car due to Insurance only offering 30 days and the dealership stating they did not have loaners and did not comp rentals. I later overheard during my pickup a different customer specifically talking about his loaner vehicle they gave him and if it was still no charge which I heard them confirm. It was not until the O2 sensor was replaced on December 22nd that they finally drove it with no errors. When I then asked when it would be ready he gave a vague answer of that they wanted to drive it some more before letting it go. It was for that reason I showed up on the morning of the 23rd. A full 68 days after receiving the van I finally got it back.

While the vehicle was repaired and is running great now there are many things this dealership service center needs to work on. The dealership was not communicative with myself or my wife the entire time the vehicle sat with them. It often felt like days went by with no work or progress and in no way did they try to keep us up to date. I also feal that they sat on the vehicle confused on what to do too long before reaching out to Chrysler. It made it seem like we were not a priority and left us fully unsatisfied.
