NOT FIRM on price. But please don’t low ball. Shed from Lowe’s 8X12 I just built in May this year. I am moving and not going to use anymore. I have the shingles for the roof. Bought it for $1,700. Built the base for $200. Bought roofing materials separate as well. It can be moved on a tow truck with a bed or you can remove the walls they are screwed in.
