Comfortably seats 2-3 people and comfortable enough to sleep on. On the firmer side. Some cat wear shown on the usual “scratching spots” but with the fabric texture and color it’s not very noticeable. Asking $450 OBO. Can inspect upon arrival. Pick up only, can’t deliver. Located in West Woodland by the Town & Country. Dimensions: 88" long 34” deep 23” tall 6” clearance from floor to bottom of couch frame Cash or venmo preferred
