Like-New Living Spaces "Zone" Modular 2-Piece Sofa (Fragrance-Free Home)

Selling a beautiful 2-piece modular sofa from the Living Spaces Zone collection in the popular "Grounded Green" colorway. Purchased brand new last February for $980 total. It features oversized, deep track-arm seating with incredibly plush, cloud-like foam and fiber-filled cushions. It has been used very minimally in a clean home environment and looks fantastic. The Specialty Value of This Couch: This couch comes from an entirely synthetic-fragrance-free, chemical-free, pet-free, and smoke-free household. I have severe environmental allergies, meaning this couch has never been exposed to ambient plug-in air fresheners, fabric softeners, or harsh commercial cleaning residues. The only items used in the household are occasional light citrus and tea tree essential oils in hand soaps (completely isolated from the couch), and a warm vanilla candle burned strictly inside a separate bedroom with the door closed. The living space, core foam layers, and internal structure of the sofa are entirely pure and free of embedded chemical toxins. Why I Am Selling & Fabric Care: Because I keep a strict fragrance-isolated home, I am transitioning the space to a non-porous wooden daybed frame. I am highly sensitive to the ambient fragrances that occasional guests track in on their clothes. To protect the fabric, I always kept the sofa covered under a protective blanket or a clean bed top sheet when guests were over, meaning the actual couch fabric has had virtually zero direct skin contact, spills, or friction wear. I have meticulously maintained this couch, steaming it approximately 4 to 5 times over the 8 months I have owned it. This regular care easily resets the surface fabric and lifts any lingering guest scents. However, due to physical disabilities, I can no longer keep up with the physical maintenance and upkeep of steaming it out after visitors. For a buyer with chemical sensitivities or MCAS looking for a fabric couch, knowing the core structure is completely pure and beautifully maintained makes this a rare find.
