What an incredible experience I had at pacific auto center! Was recommended this dealership from a family member& I’m so happy I trusted her recommendation!
We were in great hands from the moment we drove onto the lot , Jesus greeted us & we were compelled with his friendly demeanor, & we immediately felt welcomed from his greeting & endearing smile! We were looking at cars for 2 hours & thankfully Jesus was so professional & patient from all of our questions & trying to find the perfect truck in our price range, or even looking at newer cars to just dream a little. The specifics that we were looking for were our cardinal requirements for our trip to the dealership. Him taking the time to go through all the cars we were interested in (over 30 trucks we looked at) it was a very inviting space & welcoming atmosphere because of Jesus’ affable & professional character.
At the end when talking about numbers & the process Adrian helped us figure out a payment plan we were comfortable with, & find us the best APR rate that was a competitive price that made us feel confident in not just our decision on the right car, but felt overjoyed about our choice in dealership and never have any dubious thoughts the entire time we were at the dealership. There was no pressure to purchase, but more comfort in our choice which made our entire experience here memorable and have reverence for them. Their vehicles have great competitive pricing, there are an over load of car options here, & the staff here makes the whole experience even better. Steve was very helpful as well! Very grateful he was a great help on contributing to us feeling right in locking in our purchase! His consideration to make our purchase financially feasible is what sealed the deal for us signing the paperwork and being overjoyed on our decision. Kashan was great help. He made my car buying experience very easy. He took care of all of my questions I had and got me a great price on my vehicle.

We don’t live close and Junior (sales rep) made it easy for us. Their pricing was the best we could find and we had a 500 mile radius. There are mandatory fees that the other reviews warned us about. After doing research, they are pretty typical fees. Maybe a bit on the high side, but not outrageous. We have enjoyed our experience at PAC.

We had a good experience at Pacific Auto Sales overall. Kashan, the salesman, did a great job. He was upfront and worked with us to make the process smooth. My wife was the one walking around initially to get help and Kashan was the only person who acknowledged my wife when she asked them about the specific type of truck we were looking for. The others just stood there. The only issue I would mention besides the initial impression of the other sale is that they added on fees that they said could not be removed, but didn’t include those fees as part of the sales price at the start.  They called the add-ons GPS and ETCH??. Usually you expect to pay sales tax and registration fees, but no add ons unless they are options you choose. Although I feel I got a decent deal in the end, I wish the dealership was more up front with the pricing.

I bought my second truck from Pacifica Auto today. Both times the staff have been super helpful. Juan Rodriguez helped me through the entire process today. I called in advance to set up a meeting and I requested 3 specific trucks to look at. Juan met me when I arrived and showed me the 3 trucks. He was very patient and showed me an additional 2 trucks until I found the best truck for me. Juan then helped me through the buying process. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience.
