i have a robot vacuum. the white scuffs is paint and wipes off. i called shark support itself and they resorted in a battery issue. they didn’t have the battery replacement in stock so they just resorted in sending me a brand new one. battery is at most $26. the original price is a lot and im pretty firm on the prices. if preferred, i will order the new battery , but will up charge on the price if i do so. if its up its available.
