It’s suitable in all outdoor sports where high levels of dust are present, including mountain biking, horseback riding, running,skiing, speed walking, etc. it also has a nose pierce on it. Brand new, never even tried on. Also comes with 2 extra foam like masks with an exhalation valve that doesn’t Velcro, it goes behind the ears. So you’re getting 3 masks.
