It’s a 2000 discovery two, I bought it from the second owner, which was a church that it was donated to by the first owner who always had it serviced at Newport Land Rover. 153k miles I think I’ve had it about four years as my daily driver and some road trips. It always passes smog. Never has had the 3 amigos. I’ve never really had any issues with it, but you know things here and there that I’ve maintained mechanically. Always synthetic oil. Bluetooth stereo, after market bumpers, ice cold AC, power windows and locks all work. Paint is pretty good, it was repainted before I bought it I’m pretty sure, some little door dings, not perfect but looks great going down the road. It’s definitely a 26-year-old car with quirks and little things that could be fixed and tweaked but I would say mainly cosmetic moldings type stuff. Can’t guarantee it mechanically of course but it drives great and has been really solid for me. I think if these cars are cared for they are like tanks. I LOVE it but my partner says I don’t have time and room for all the toys so a few have to go!
